  • 1 pack (4 lbs.) George’s Farmers Market Chicken Wings
  • 1⁄4 cup prepared Jerk seasoning
  • 1⁄4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1⁄4 cup freshly chopped cilantro

Preparation

    1. Preheat outdoor grill on a high setting.
    2. Prepare apple wood chips by soaking for 15 minutes. Place wood chips in a smoker box or make one with aluminum foil. Simply double the foil in half and fold sides up to create a box. Turn off or remove the heat from one side of the grill. Place the smoker box directly on the heat source.
    3. Toss the chicken wings in the seasoning, coating well and evenly. Place on the grill side opposite the smoker box. Cook for 1-2 hours or until the chicken wings reach 165°F internal temperature.
    4. Combine the honey, lime juice and fresh cilantro in a mixing bowl. Toss the smoked wings in this sauce, coating well.
    5. Serve with your favorite salsa or dipping sauce.
