Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through the cook time. Add the vegetables and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Add the rice. Heat for another 2 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar, coating well.
Whisk the eggs in a small bowl. Push all the food to the outside of the skillet and pour the eggs into the middle. Cook the eggs to a scramble and mix with the chicken, rice, and vegetable mixture. Finish by garnishing with sesame seeds.
