Ingredients
- 8 Georges Farmers Market Chicken Tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ cup diced yellow onions
- ½ cup diced carrots
- 1 cup halved snow peas
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 eggs
- Toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through the cook time. Add the vegetables and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes. Add the rice. Heat for another 2 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar, coating well.
- Whisk the eggs in a small bowl. Push all the food to the outside of the skillet and pour the eggs into the middle. Cook the eggs to a scramble and mix with the chicken, rice, and vegetable mixture. Finish by garnishing with sesame seeds.
