Ingredients
- 2 pounds Georges Farmers Market boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 (9.25 ounce) bag Doritos, any flavor
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoons sriracha
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- Kosher salt

Preparation
- Whisk together egg and milk in a small bowl. In a separate bowl or plastic bag, smash Doritos until finely crushed but not to the point where it’s a powder. Your goal is for it to resemble the size of Panko breadcrumbs.
- Working in batches, dip each tenderloin into the egg mixture and then into the Doritos. Lightly press the chips into the chicken, making sure it is fully coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and place chicken tenders in a single, even layer. You may need to cook in batches, if necessary. Spray the top of the chicken with nonstick cooking spray as well. Cook, 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and sugar in a small mixing bowl. Season with Kosher salt. Serve chicken tenders with the spicy mayo.
