Ingredients
- 1 Georges Farmers Market Whole Chicken, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine vinegar, honey, olive oil, dijon mustard, garlic, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper, and whisk to combine.
- Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to a few hours.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Add chicken to an oven-proof baking pan, skin side up.
- Roast chicken for 30-40 minutes, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve with roasted baby potatoes, green beans, or other desired sides.
