Ingredients
- 1 pack (4 lbs.) George’s Farmers Market Chicken Wings
- 1⁄4 cup prepared Jerk seasoning
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1⁄4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
- Salsa

Preparation
- Preheat outdoor grill on a high setting.
- Prepare apple wood chips by soaking for 15 minutes. Place wood chips in a smoker box or make one with aluminum foil. Simply double the foil in half and fold sides up to create a box. Turn off or remove the heat from one side of the grill. Place the smoker box directly on the heat source.
- Toss the chicken wings in the seasoning, coating well and evenly. Place on the grill side opposite the smoker box. Cook for 1-2 hours or until the chicken wings reach 165°F internal temperature.
- Combine the honey, lime juice and fresh cilantro in a mixing bowl. Toss the smoked wings in this sauce, coating well.
- Serve with your favorite salsa or dipping sauce.
