However, almost half are expected to fail before the end of January — 43% to be exact. Even more staggering — 23% of people fail within the first week. According to the Statista Global Consumer Survey, the most common resolution in the United States for 2023 was to exercise more. Unfortunately, we have no chicken-based advice for that.
