Ingredients

  • 6 Georges Farmers Market Chicken Thighs
  • ¼ cup diced yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • ¼ cup diced fresh jalapenos
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation

    1. Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for 30 minutes or for added flavor, marinate overnight.
    2. Heat an outdoor grill over high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade.
    3. Place the chicken on the grill grates and reduce the heat to low. Cook the chicken thighs for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked throughout.

    Chef’s Tip: Serve alongside grilled pineapple and sugar snap peas with a jalapeno pepper jelly.
