Grilled Chicken Tenderloins Cooking Instructions
For all cooking methods, heat to an internal temperature of 165° F.
5 ea. Georges Farmers Market® Boneless Skinless Breasts
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Cup Green Cabbage shredded
1 Cup Purple Cabbage shredded
1 Cup Crumbled Queso Fresco
12 small Flour tortillas
Cilantro Sour Cream Sauce as desired
Asstd. Toppings.. Tomatoes, Pico De Gallo, Jalapenos, etc
Cilantro Sour Cream Sauce
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro Chopped
1/4 tsp Cumin
Juice & Zest from One Lime
Salt to taste
Preheat your grill to Med heat 350°, once hot oil the grates to prevent the chicken from sticking
In a small bowl mix the Salt, Cumin, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder until well combined
Season the chicken breasts generously with the spice blend
Place seasoned chicken breast on your hot grill, cook 5-6 minutes per side chicken will be done when you have reached an internal temp of 165° taken with a thermometer.
Remove cooked chicken from the grill and cut it in to thin slices
Heat your Tortillas in a microwave or wrap them in foil and place them over indirect heat in your grill while the chicken finishes cooking.
