Grilled Chicken Tenderloins Cooking Instructions
For all cooking methods, heat to an internal temperature of 165° F.
4 ea. Georges Farmers Market® Boneless Skinless Breasts
4 ea. Roma Tomatoes, sliced
1 cup Fresh Basil (torn in to pieces)
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
6 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, cut in to slices
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Grill Seasoning
Basic Grill Seasoning
1/3 Cup Salt
1/3 Cup Black Pepper
1/3 Cup Garlic Powder
Turn your grill on to Medium Heat.
Rub the chicken breast with olive oil and season with the grill seasoning.
Place the breast smooth side down on a hot, well-oiled grill.
Cook for 5-7 minutes and turn, cook the other side 5-7 minutes, until a minimum internal temperature of 170°F is achieved.
While chicken is cooking, make the Caprese mixture by placing tomato slices, Mozzarella cheese and basil in a bowl. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar in to the bowl and season with salt & pepper. Toss to combine all ingredients.
During the final 2 minutes of grilling place sliced Mozzarella from the Caprese mixture on the chicken, allow it to melt a little prior to removing.
Top the cooked chicken with the remaining Caprese mixture.
