Grilled Chicken Tenderloins Cooking Instructions
For all cooking methods, heat to an internal temperature of 165° F.
4 Georges Farmers Market® Boneless Skinless Breasts
3 whole Limes, Juiced
5 cloves Garlic, Peeled
1 whole Jalapeno, Sliced
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
½ cups Cilantro
½ cups Tequila
5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Use a meat tenderizer to pound out the chicken breasts until about ¼-inch thick
Combine lime juice, garlic, jalapeno, kosher salt, cilantro and tequila in food processor.
Drizzle in the olive oil while the food processor is running until the marinade is smooth.
Put the chicken in a Ziploc® bag with the marinade, shake to coat evenly.
Store the chicken in the fridge for 1-2 hours
Cook on a preheated grill on medium heat turning after cooking on each side for 6 min.
Remove from grill once chicken has reached an internal temperature of 170° F.
