Grilled Chicken Tenderloins Cooking Instructions
For all cooking methods, heat to an internal temperature of 165° F.
4 Cups marinated artichoke hearts
4 Cups mushrooms (marinated)
4 Cups grape tomatoes
4 Cups olives (PITTED mixed)
16 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (marinated in herbs or plain, diced into 1″ cubes)
Skewer all ingredients in an alternating pattern on wooden or metal skewers.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Entertaining doesn’t get any easier than that!
