Grilled Chicken Tenderloins Cooking Instructions
For all cooking methods, heat to an internal temperature of 165° F.
2 lbs. Georges Farmers Market® boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
2 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
White BBQ Sauce
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish from a jar (either in vinegar or creamy)
1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon finely ground cayenne pepper
Combine all dry spices in a bowl,
Make White BBQ sauce
Season both sides of the chicken breasts
Heat your grill to Medium Heat
Cook your chicken breast for approx.. 7 minutes, flip, cook an additional 5 minutes and begin brushing on the BBQ sauce.
Make sure to sauce both side generously, make sure to reach an internal temp of 165° prior to serving.
