Grilled Chicken Tenderloins Cooking Instructions
For all cooking methods, heat to an internal temperature of 165° F.
4 Ea. Georges Farmers Market® boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Fresh Cracked Pepper
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 Cup Honey + 3 Tbsp. Honey for finishing
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Mix dry spices together and set aside.
Mix honey and cider vinegar and set aside
Lay the chicken breast flat between plastic wrap; pound the breast until it is equal thickness throughout. This will ensure even cooking.
Thoroughly season both sides of the chicken with the dry seasoning mixture.
Place chicken on a sheet pan.
Turn your oven Broiler on low
Place the chicken under the broiler for 5 minutes.
Turn breasts over and cook for an addition 5 minutes.
Turn breasts back over; baste the chicken breasts with the honey mixture.
Cook under the broiler until the honey begins to thicken and glaze
Turn the chicken over and baste this side and allow the honey to thicken and glaze
Remove the chicken from the oven and allow it to rest for a couple minutes.
Drizzle the remaining 3 Tbsp of honey on the finished chicken for a great spicy / sweet flavor
