Grilled Chicken Tenderloins Cooking Instructions
For all cooking methods, heat to an internal temperature of 165° F.
4 ea. Georges Farmers Market® boneless, skinless chicken breast
3 ea. Roma Tomatoes, seeded and chopped in medium-sized pieces
2 ea. fresh garlic cloves minced
4 ea. Leaves of fresh Basil thinly sliced
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 lb. pasta of your choice
Cut chicken breasts in to 1/2″ X 1/2″ cubes
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat
Cook chicken breast over medium heat for 6 minutes to lightly brown.
Add tomatoes and cook another 4 minutes
Add garlic to the pan continue to toss or stir contents to prevent chicken from getting too dark
Add the fresh basil and toss with your choice of pasta (prepared according to directions)
