Grilled Chicken Tenderloins Cooking Instructions
For all cooking methods, heat to an internal temperature of 165° F.
6 Boneless, skinless Georges Farmers Market® chicken breasts
1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce (See recipe below)
Olive Oil (as needed)
Salt (as needed)
Black Pepper (as needed)
1 1/2 tsp. Basil (dried)
1/4 cup Honey
2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
2 tsp. Soy Sauce 1/4 tsp.
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 Ea. Garlic Cloves minced
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (optional Additional Heat)
You can make the sauce ahead of time or while the chicken is baking for the first 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425°
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place chicken onto baking sheet and coat with olive oil
Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and dried basil (1/4 tsp. basil per breast)
Bake for 10 minutes at 425°
Reduce the temperature to 350°
Pour 1/2 the Sriracha sauce over the chicken breasts
Cook for 5 more minutes, pour the additional sauce on the chicken breasts
Cook for 10 more minutes or until the chicken reaches 170° internally
