Grilled Chicken Tenderloins Cooking Instructions
For all cooking methods, heat to an internal temperature of 165° F.
4 6oz. Georges Farmers Market® boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
4 Large Eggs
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
8 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Slice chicken breasts in thinner pieces or use the method below for larger thin portions:
Prepare a plate/bowl with flour where you add salt and pepper.
Prepare a plate/bowl with panko bread crumbs.
Prepare another plate/bowl where you will have beaten eggs.
Season the flour with salt & pepper.
Take one slice of meat and dredge it in flour on both sides.
Shake off the excess flour.
Transfer to the other plate and dip the meat in the egg.
Heat the oil in a skillet and add the coated chicken.
Let the chicken fry on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown & 170° internally taken with a meat thermometer.
When done, transfer the schnitzels to a plate and serve warm or cold, as you like.
