Grilled Chicken Tenderloins Cooking Instructions
For all cooking methods, heat to an internal temperature of 165° F.
6 Georges Farmers Market® boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 3/4 lb)
1/2 cup frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
In a shallow dish or re-sealable bag, mix all ingredients other than chicken. Once mixed, add chicken and fully coat with marinade. Seal bag or cover dish and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours. Turn chicken occasionally while marinating.
Pre-heat grill. Remove chicken from marinade (save remaining marinade for glazing and dipping sauce. Place chicken on grill over medium heat and cover. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning chicken and brushing with marinade occasionally. Cook until thickest part of chicken has an internal temperature of 165 to 170 degrees F.
Heat remaining marinade to boiling; boil and stir 1 minute. Serve with chicken.
